KeyForge was designed with a fundamental principle: your passwords are yours alone. We built this app specifically so that no data ever needs to leave your device. There are no servers, no databases, no cloud infrastructure on our side that store or process your information.

KeyForge does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number)
• Passwords or any credentials you generate or store within the app
• Device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data
• Usage analytics, behavioral data, or browsing history
• Advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking data

All passwords generated and saved within KeyForge are stored exclusively in local storage on your device and are never transmitted over any network.

KeyForge stores all data — including generated passwords, custom titles, user preferences, and trash history — locally on your device. This data is protected by your device's built-in security features, including optional Face ID authentication that you can enable within the app.

The auto-close timer feature (15 seconds, 30 seconds, or 1 minute) ensures that password details are automatically hidden after being viewed, adding an extra layer of on-device protection.

KeyForge does not integrate any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. The app operates entirely independently without communicating with external servers.

The app is distributed through the Apple App Store, which may collect its own data as described in Apple's Privacy Policy. This data collection by Apple is outside of our control and is governed by Apple's own terms and practices.

Since all data remains on your device, the security of your passwords depends on your device's own security measures. We strongly recommend:

• Enabling Face ID authentication within KeyForge for an added layer of protection
• Keeping your device's operating system up to date
• Using a strong device passcode
• Enabling the auto-close timer to automatically lock password details after viewing

KeyForge does not have the ability to access, recover, or reset your stored passwords. No one — including us — can retrieve your data remotely.

KeyForge is rated 9+ on the App Store and does not target children. Since we do not collect any personal data whatsoever, there is no risk of collecting information from minors. The app contains no social features, no user accounts, and no ability to communicate personal information through the app.

Since KeyForge does not collect or process any personal data, traditional data subject rights (such as access, correction, or deletion requests under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations) are not applicable. Your data exists solely on your device, and you have full control over it at all times.

You can delete all app data at any time simply by deleting the app from your device. You can also remove individual passwords within the app, which will be moved to a 30-day trash before permanent deletion.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or applicable laws. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Our core commitment to collecting zero data will not change.
